This was for Maximus' second birthday after I did his 1st birthday circus cake.
At first I attempted making figurines of the origami boat as requested but it was really difficult getting the feel of an origami boat. It was a long day (night) getting this cake ready and a long sms discussion with mummy Alice on alternatives until....
We finally decided that the boats will have to actually be folded but with fondant!
To make the long story short, it was tough folding boats with fondant and these were the best I could do...
After which I spent an hour rolling fondant bubbles for the origami tub
