Lens is non cake and made of fondant and Isomalt
This front part was also made fully of fondant and does not consist cake
Edible buttons and switches

Leica Camera Cake
My favorite "creation" so far - the transparent camera lens, completely edible of course :)
I used to make camera lens with fondant painted silver or with glitters, but thanks to technology and cool products, the lens can now be transparent! This was made of Isomalt.
Back of the camera
Took me almost 3 hours just to make this lens, shaping, pasting, imprint, drawing and writing. And of course finding ways to incorporate the sugar crystal into the lens

Here it is, a giant camera about 7 inches long and 4 inches in height.
