Gift Box Cake Class 8th March 2014

 

Class Date: 8th March 2014 (Saturday)

 

Time: 1.30pm to 5.30pm

 

Location: TeaRoom, Damansara Perdana

 

Class Fee: RM190/ person

 

Come join us in this 4-hour hands-on class that includes shaping and icing a real cake, covering cake with fondant and creating edible ribbon for this 3D gift box cake. Find out how this cake design can be modified to fit different celebrations like birthday, baby shower, anniversary or Christmas through the change of color combination and pattern for the edible ribbon.

 

All materials and a real 6 inch cake will be provided. You do not need to bring any tools as all tools will be on loan. It will be useful if you can bring an apron and a clean cloth to wipe down your workstations. However, do check with us on the tools required if you wish to use your own tools during the class, email us at inquiry@tearoom.com.my.

 

Full payment is required to secure a seat a week prior to the class, or earliest possible as there are limited seats. Gift boxes, in many ways

Did a few gift box type of cakes lately and thought I will just combine them all
This was a cake I made for my cousin's 21st birthday. She liked leopard skin print so here it is...

With a butterfly knot, especially "handy" if you like to put a lot of candles (or big candles) on the cake :)

This was an earlier order, same design but with zebra skin print instead.

This is a bow type of ribbon (if that's what you call them)
