The Golden Mic

This was a record breaking in terms of the turnaround time between order inquiry and delivery. I won't say how long (or short) because that's not going to happen again haha... No matter how convincing the caller is going to be again. :p

A golden mic on a quilted silver cake, studded with silver balls, can you see the glitter on the cake as well? ;)

Triple Endurance

Cycle to the bottom of the hill, run up the trail for some weights training? My brother in law walked passed when I was decorating this cake and he said "cycle to the gym for workout?". Hehe...

Herny ordered this for Veron's birthday, the tough trainer as I know. :) This was supposed to be like a triathlon, minus the swimming I suppose, but added the weights training.

Star Wars

Sis said my R2D2 was a bit too fat, not tall enough. Humphh... alright.


Herny ordered these for her sons' birthday. Last year they had one with the "war" theme, this year is Star Wars. Hmm... still wars eh :D. This X-wing fighter was my favorite among the other "toys". Does it work if I don't put caption for pictures in this post? ^^

Pororo on Winter Wonderland

Clare has booked her date 2 months before Yao yao's birthday. As usual, mummy always plans ahead and books date in advance. The theme was given to me early so that I can think about the design. Since we require "snow" effect to suit the theme, we had decided that it should be a winter wonderland concept.

I'd spent a few days in advance making the figurines so that they are dry and hard enough to last on the moist and chilled cake.

Here is the cake, a peach fresh cream cake covered in snowy white fresh cream to create the winter wonderland (yeah, if there were more space I'd probably made the slides etc ^^)
