Christine ordered 3 boxes of cupcakes for her wedding party and wanted cupcakes with the "double happiness" wordings on them.The last time I did the wordings with red butter icing, the red colouring smudged the cake a lot. This time, the wordings were written with white chocolate mixed with piping jelly. Still a bit smudged. I think next time I will pipe the wordings on tracing paper with royal icing, then place them on the cupcakes.

Wanted to give Christine a present as well, so baked a small fruit cake for her.

Inside the present is a 6 inches mini chocolate fruit cake with these selection of fruits this time - dates, raisins, sultanas, cranberries and cherries. Contains coffee liqueur (Kahlua) and it is a chocolate based cake.
